Shipping Policy
We ship Webosis! both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Birmingham, you will get it faster than you live in London. It generally 2 - 4 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

Personalised (Custom) orders take upto 6 - 8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a manufacturing defect problem, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
